Level 1
Introduction to Basketball During the first week, you will learn the basics of basketball, including dribbling, passing, and shooting. They will also participate in team-building exercises to encourage teamwork and communication.
Level 2
Advanced Skills and Techniques During the second phase, you will build on their skills from the first week and begin to learn more advanced techniques, such as layups, rebounds, and defensive strategies. They will also participate in scrimmages to practice game situations.
Level 3
Conditioning and Endurance Training During the third phase, you will focus on building their stamina and endurance through conditioning exercises and drills. You will also continue to practice and refine their basketball skills.
Level 4
During this final phase, you will have the opportunity to apply your skills in a basketball tournament. They will compete in games and Certificates will be given to the participants.
