Level 1

Introduction to Badminton During the first week, you will learn the basics of badminton, including proper grip, footwork, and racket handling. They will participate in drills and practice games to help them develop their skills.

Level 2

Advanced Techniques and Tactics During the second Phase, you will build on their skills from the first Phase and begin to learn more advanced techniques, such as serves, smashes, and drops. They will also learn tactics and strategies for singles and doubles games.

Level 3

Conditioning and Endurance Training During the third Phase, you will focus on building their stamina and endurance through conditioning exercises and drills. They will also continue to practice and refine their badminton skills.

Level 4

During the final Phase, you will have the opportunity to apply their skills in a badminton tournament. You will compete in singles and doubles matches, and Certificates will be given to the participants.
